杭州煦和光电的聚合物真零级波片由一片双折射液晶聚合物 (LCP) 薄膜夹在两片紫外熔融石英保护窗之间构成。所有聚合物波片均安装在标准黑色阳极氧化安装座SM系列螺纹外壳内,安装座端面和SM螺纹外壳侧面均采用激光标记,以指示波片的快轴方向。我们的LCP波片是晶体波片的理想替代品,因为聚合物波片对入射角 (AOI) 的灵敏度更低。

煦和光电的聚合物波片被设计为真零级波片,可在更大的AOI偏差范围内提供稳定的相位延迟,并且性能不会随波长变化而受到影响。本页面专门介绍我们的聚合物零级半波片,其设计用于在两个正交偏振光分量之间精确引入1/2波长(半波长)的延迟。当光以45°角入射到1/2聚合物波片的快轴(或慢轴)时,液晶聚合物真零级波片或延迟器可用于旋转入射光的偏振方向。

真零级设计与聚合物薄膜层压在两个熔融石英窗口之间的结构相结合,使我们的聚合物四分之一波片比多级波片或晶体波片具有更宽的角度接受范围和更一致的偏振控制,覆盖更宽的光谱范围。这是因为聚合物本身就具有低双折射性,且对波长的依赖性极小。 Shalom EO 的聚合物四分之一波片在高达 15° 的 AOI 范围内具有更优异的性能,并具有 ±λ/100 的出色延迟精度和卓越的延迟均匀性。

采用液晶聚合物制成的聚合物薄膜被粘合在两个涂有增透膜的石英窗口之间,这种夹层结构和宽带增透膜确保了聚合物波片在设计波长下的高光透射率和坚固性。

Shalom EO 提供多种现货和定制液晶聚合物半波片。我们的聚合物半波片非常适合线性偏振和圆偏振之间的转换以及椭圆偏振的校正。对于库存的聚合物半波长波片,我们提供从405nm 至 1550nm 的多种设计波长,并且我们提供多种标准尺寸,包括直径12.7mm (1/2”)、25.2mm (1”) 和 50.8mm (2”)。更多定制设计可根据要求提供。

对于需要高激光损伤阈值的应用,不建议使用聚合物波片,尤其是采用胶合结构的波片。作为替代方案,Shalom EO 还提供库存和定制的零级半波片 零级四分之一波片采用石英和氟化镁制造,这些晶体半波片和半波片具有更好的延迟精度和更高的损伤阈值,但角度接受度较低。

应用说明:

半波片或半波长板的工作原理

半波片,也称为半波长板,是一种光学延迟器,通过引入 180°(或 π 弧度)的相位差来改变光的偏振状态光波两个正交偏振分量之间的相互作用。这是通过波片制造材料的双折射特性实现的。进入双折射材料的光被分解成两个分量,每个分量具有不同的折射率(寻常折射率和非常折射率),因此传播速度不同。波片的厚度经过精确设计,使得慢速分量和快速分量之间的光程差等于入射光波长的一半。

半波片的主要作用是旋转线偏振光的偏振方向。当垂直入射的线偏振光以其偏振轴与波片光轴成 θ 角进入半波片时,半波片在出射时会将偏振方向旋转 2θ。此功能使半波片特别适用于控制各种光学系统中的偏振态。例如,它们通常用于旋转激光装置中的偏振角,并使偏振与光学元件对准。

除了线性偏振光外,半波片还可以改变圆偏振光或椭圆偏振光的偏振态。对于圆偏振光,半波片将其转换为相反的手性(例如,从右旋圆偏振光变为左旋圆偏振光,反之亦然)。对于椭圆偏振光,波片会改变椭圆的方向,而不会影响其偏心率。这些转换受输入偏振态、波片光轴的对准度以及波片的厚度控制。
