双凸透镜(又称为双凸透镜)是一种光学透镜,具有两个相同的球面,且两侧的曲率半径相同。双凸透镜的主要用途包括激光束调制、光聚焦和成像。双凸透镜具有正焦距,可以将平行光聚焦到一个点。当绝对有限共轭比(即物距与像距的绝对比值)等于或接近1:1时,建议使用双凸透镜。这里的“接近1:1”意味着双凸透镜是1:5到5:1之间共轭比的最佳选择。如果不是这种情况,则建议使用平凸透镜,因为其不对称的形状有助于减少球差。双凸透镜的焦距可以使用以下公式计算:f = (R1 * R2) / ((n - 1) * (R2 - R1))。

N-BK7是一种常用于制造光学元件(包括透镜)的光学玻璃。N-BK7玻璃以其低成本、在可见光谱到近红外区域(350-2200nm)内的高光学透过率、低色散、高硬度、抗刮擦和抗磨损性能,以及在温度变化下不发生显著膨胀或收缩的能力而著称。它属于Schott玻璃目录,是最常见的光学玻璃材料之一。

焦距与共轭比

焦距是从光学中心到光线在光轴上聚焦的点的距离。凸透镜具有正焦距,凹透镜具有负焦距,并将光线聚焦到虚焦点。共轭比定义为物距(物体与透镜在光轴上的距离)与像距(像与透镜在光轴上的距离)之间的比率。物体到像的光路是可逆的。当物体放置在透镜的焦点时,共轭比为无限大;而当物体放置在焦距的两倍处时,图像将在焦距的两倍处形成,此时共轭比为1:1。

平凹透镜是一种具有一个平面和一个凹面的透镜。平凹透镜具有负焦距,会使光束发散。因此,它可以用于扩展光束、投射光线以及增加光学系统的焦距。平凹透镜常用于加利略光束扩展器,也作为光学仪器中增加焦距的组件,或平衡球面像差,从而改善图像质量。当绝对共轭比大于5:1时(即物距:像距的绝对值),平凹透镜是减少球面像差、彗差和畸变的最佳类型。应用于使平行光束发散时,曲面应面向光源(换句话说,平面应指向您打算调节的焦平面),以便光线逐渐弯曲,从而最大限度地减少球面像差。

双凸透镜:

双凸透镜,也称为双凸透镜,是一种具有两个相同曲率半径的球面面光学透镜。双凸透镜的主要用途包括激光束调制、光线聚焦和成像。双凸透镜具有正焦距,能够将平行光聚焦到一个点。当绝对有限共轭比接近或等于1:1时,建议使用双凸透镜。当物距和像距在绝对值上相等时,双凸透镜是1:5到5:1之间的共轭比的最佳选择。如果不是这种情况,建议使用平凸透镜,因为其不对称的形状有助于减少球面像差。双凸透镜的焦距可以通过公式计算:f = (R1*R2)/((n-1)*(R2-R1))。它们两侧的曲率相等,通常用于从点光源聚集光线或将图像传递给其他光学系统。由于物距和像距相等或近似相等,可以最小化畸变。

双凹透镜:

消色差双透镜是一种常见的光学元件,通常由两片胶合的凹透镜和凸透镜组成,这些透镜由不同的光学玻璃材料制成,具有互补的色散特性。消色差双透镜的独特之处在于它能够在光学模块中有效地减少色差(色差是由不同波长的折射率变化引起的,当入射光源包含多色辐射时,结果是焦平面上的图像出现模糊)。使用消色差双透镜还可以矫正球面像差和轴向彗差。

平凸/凹圆柱透镜:

平凸/凹圆柱透镜本质上是一个具有向外延伸/向内弯曲结构的长方体,因此具有正的有效长度。平凸圆柱透镜的基本功能是将激光束矩阵聚焦或发散,并调节图像的长宽比。作为平凸/凹透镜的板式版本,平凸/凹圆柱透镜在无限共轭比下表现更好(这里指的是绝对值,当小于5:1时,效果会变差)。平凸/凹透镜与圆柱透镜的区别在于,前者是二维发散光,后者是在一个方向上扩展光束。


平凸/凹圆柱透镜的主要特性是将二维光束变为线状激光光束,这一特性可以在多种应用中发挥作用,如激光二极管的狭缝输入耦合、改变图像的长宽比、激光扫描仪、染料激光器、光谱学和线性探测器的能量接收器等。平凸/凹透镜可以调节图像的长宽比,或将点光源的光束转化为线状图像。平凸圆柱透镜还常用于收集准直光束,以生成细线。


平凸/凹圆柱透镜的另一个重要应用是变形光束整形,即将激光二极管产生的椭圆形激光束修正为圆形。椭圆形激光束是由矩形弗涅尔光阑造成的,这种形状是不理想的,因为它意味着更大的光束面积,浪费更多的功率,光束均匀性差,且高斯光束型差。使用一对平凸/凹圆柱透镜可以将椭圆形光束圆形化。在测试中,将一对平凸/凹圆柱透镜以正交的方式放置。结果表明,使用一对平凸/凹圆柱透镜将椭圆形光束圆形化是一种高透过率、平衡形状、减少像散的方法。

球透镜与半球透镜:

球透镜是一种特殊形式的双凸透镜,继承了球形几何结构(即完全球面),由单一材料制造,并在特定波长范围内具有光学传输功能。球透镜的主要功能是光束准直/耦合光纤(例如激光与光纤的耦合、光纤与光纤的耦合),也可以在微型光学设备中应用(例如条形码扫描、传感器,或作为物镜等)。球透镜还可以被视为预成型的非球面透镜。球透镜的一个优点是短的背焦距(BFL),这一特性减少了透镜与光纤之间的距离,在空间较为狭窄的情况下非常有用,并且紧凑的尺寸可以降低生产成本。此外,球透镜是旋转对称的,这使得它在对准和定位时更加方便。


半球透镜是球透镜的变体,通过简单地将球透镜切成两半得到。由于一个平面表面带来的安装便利,半球透镜非常适合需要更紧凑设计的应用。

棒透镜:

棒透镜是圆形棒状的光学透镜,将准直的光束聚焦到一个维度。光线沿着透镜的周长传播,因此棒透镜的周围表面是精密抛光的,而两端是平的,可以不进行光学处理,但也可以进行打磨。棒透镜的用途包括准直发散光、线性聚焦、以及在刚性内窥镜中作为物镜与目镜之间的图像倒转透镜(内窥镜是一种观察人体内部的医疗仪器)。棒透镜还可以作为光管使用(光学元件通过全内反射在平面端之间传输光线)。


非球面镜头:

非球面镜头是一种具有非球形光学前表面(即曲率半径随距离光轴的变化而变化)的光学镜头。非球面镜头的独特特点是能够最小化球面像差。球面镜头本身具有球面像差,由于光程的不同,靠近光轴的光的焦点往往比射入球面镜头边缘的光点更靠前,这导致图像模糊和斑点宽度增大。与球面镜头相比,非球面镜头大大减少了球面像差,从而提高了图像分辨率,斑点直径比球面镜头的斑点直径小几个数量级。非球面镜头还具有较大的数值孔径(低f数),因此可以增加光通量,提高光功率效率。将非球面镜头集成到镜头模块中,还可以减少元件数量,避免过多光学元件用于校正球面像差,从而实现紧凑和简化的设计。

轴锥镜(Axicons):

轴锥镜锥形镜头是一种具有锥形侧面和平坦侧面的光学镜头,其特征由底角(称为物理角)和顶角决定。轴锥镜的工作原理是利用干涉效应,在光轴上创建一个焦线。轴锥镜可以用来生成近似的无衍射贝塞尔光束,贝塞尔光束是一种由一系列同心环组成的光束,这些环通过将准直的高斯光束转化为近场中的相等功率的环形光束。尽管贝塞尔光束在现实中并不存在,因为它需要无限的能量来产生,但轴锥镜通过保持无衍射的贝塞尔光束特性,能够在比类似的高斯光束更长的距离上有效工作。一个平凸轴锥镜还可以用来将激光光束转化为环形光束,远场中的环厚度将是入射激光光束直径的一半。
